Noor Al Rahma is the Founder and Managing Director of Objective Capital Consultancy. A member of Bahrain’s respected Al Mudifa family, Noor represents a new generation of Bahraini businesswomen leading from both legacy and vision.
Her great-grandfather was one of Bahrain’s pioneering businessmen, laying the foundation for a family tradition of entrepreneurship and contribution to the national economy. Noor continues that tradition through Objective Capital Consultancy is a firm built on values of discretion, relationship-building, and long-term alignment. She brings deep cultural insight, strategic focus, and a high-trust network to her work.
